Could go with the msi neo platinum,im using this board it gives all asked for 100mbit lan agp8 nforce 3 sata that needs no f6 :)

Horrible horrible motherboard (and socket 754, not 939, the Neo2 is 939 and just as bad), I had at least 3 cap's that started squealing after a few weeks on 2 different ones, dumped the last one in the wheelie bin and bought a DFI Lanparty.

Ditto that regarding msi build quality as i said before, barge poles apply.
Also nforce 4 is a no go since its pci-e only and i presume from the fact that he wants an agp8x mobo that he's got a rather expensive agp card that he doesnt want to replace now with the much better amr enabled cards around the corner.

Sorry I ment the neo 2 and ive had no problems at all with it,I bought this board when there wasn't much choice But it all runs well 32 bit and 64 bit

No, I've only got a 9800 Pro.
I'm going to wait for the Multi-Rendering chipset, that's what I was on about in my last post but I didn't make it very clear.
