cable forum is known to all service providers, i'm not aware if they respond to notes placed on but all are read by each company

hi i have a analogue box it seems to have stuck ot self on one channel the trouble channel the picture is waivy but the sound is clear i have tried to change channel from box and remote but it wont do anything it stays locked on this channel please help

Would this be the box you say (in your other post) that you "bought from ebay" ? Such a box is unlikely to have been legally sold, and as such you are not likely to get any help from a TW employee.
