It might just be due to the amount of traffic with regards to the recent worms, or even the amount of users downloading/uploading in your local area.

All of the speedtests above (your previous post) look perfectly normal for your tier of service :) If you do have any problems with slow web browsing, try changing your proxy, like above.

1st 128K took 3875 ms = 33825 Bytes/sec = approx 281 kbits/sec
2nd 128K took 3859 ms = 33965 Bytes/sec = approx 283 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 11829 ms = 11081 Bytes/sec = approx 92 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 1843 ms = 71119 Bytes/sec = approx 592 kbits/sec

Still slow, may as well downgrade to 150 service :(

Did you attempt to change proxy to see if it helped web browsing?

web browsing seems to be different speeds on different sites some load instant some just have page could not be displayed.

Is the speed test not related to web browsing?

Looks remarkably like DNS or proxy problems to me but I have been known to be wrong on one occasion :) PM me for a proxy or alterante DNS if need be.
