On that list, Vas Agridhiotis is in charge of national sales, he isn't product manager, unless someone knows something I don't.

I don't know his full official title but will try to find out. I think it's just 'director of national sales'.

I don't live in the same area but the last printed phone book was the same as the BT website.

More disturbingly I just tried the number and it was engaged - so someone is talking to a ghost or the number has been reassigned already.

I've emailed one of Neil's names, will give her a few days to respond before trying the others, and then the BBC and OFTEL (again).
