Absolutely, they still want £15 to send a (for example) £1 cooling fan to Northern Ireland .. I'm guessing using an envelope and a first class stamp is either beyond their comprehension or they charge labour for writing "northern ireland" on it.

off topic but yes i have a friend who has been waiting 2 weeks since acknowledgement for a faulty item for an item to be shipped

has been waiting 5 days for a reply from the support ticket :(
