I always send emails to support.midlands@ntl.com - which is probably wrong?

As I say - I've had tech support problems dealt with via this address - but my complaint about new caps/downstream speeds, was never replied to.

It sounds about right. Not one of the addresses my department looks after but is in the right format.

dezzo what email address to get to your department, and does your call centre only get calls from specific regions?

I am unable to find a uk call centre that will deal with my area.

For Leicester I think it's nottingham. I'll double check.

Currently my dept only deals with certain areas like Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Luton, Milton Keynes and a few others.
