Never had a problem with delivery from Ebuyer but once had a problem with a motherboard that was DOA and they refused to accept it back, over a year ago now and ive still got it sitting under my desk.

Ebuyers site works fine for me, if you're on NTL BB, try changing your transparent cache.

In IE

Tools - Internet Options
Connections tab
Lan settings
Enable Use a proxy server

Put this in, oxfd-cache-3.server.ntli.net port 8080

List of proxies somewhere on this site, articles i think.

Re: e-buyer

Did it cost over £100? Did you buy on Mastercard or Visa. If so contact your card issuer and dispute the transaction.

Re: e-buyer

Send an e-note and wait..... and wait......

The transaction is at least in pick which means at some point it will be noticed that it is stuck in pick and adressed.

I'm waiting for a reply to an e-note about a £360 printer they have not refunded yet and an RMA for a portable DVD player that has died after 40 days. Loving the eBuyer at the moment.

YES, there is a proxy problem with ebuyer in the poplar area - the default proxy is no go and specified by number (62.255.62.12) it's also dead for ebuyer, but ok for everything else.

Re: e-buyer

I ordered a philips toaster from them
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=66200

I was hoping to come in here and tell you of the good service I received from them, unfortunately not, I got sent that toaster, but with black trim instead, wouldnt be so much of a problem if we didnt already have the kettle with cream trim :(
