Hi all,

I am also getting some packet loss and high pings in Cambridge CB4 area. This seems to happen every few months till enough people complain, at which point the problem is fixed and a few more months of happy gaming and browsing are had until the next time :P

My connection starting working again properly sometime yesterday, certainly by 18:33 when my dyndns record was updated. Everything fine now.

Areas of Cambridge have no cable modem service at present: cable modems are offline and not synching. Confirmed by call centre at 09:00 this morning as an area-wide problem.
