That is what I'm trying to get simcut to say, but he appears to be so stressed that he keeps giving his side of the story and not NTLs. |

I've not reported my problems to NTL, they seem to be generic to the service (from reading threads on here) - poor CR3 performance etc - not problems specific to my install.

DigiGuide was mentioned earlier on...highly recommended.
I have only 'discovered' it in the last few weeks, I am amazed I had not tried it sooner. A highly polished and efficient product, IMO. |

So NTL are going to compensate you when you are leaving anyway?
NTL may be rubbish and appear stupid at most things, but I would think they'd only offer compensation to people who are actually staying. :D It would be like you taking your 2 year old TV back to the manufacturer telling them it's a whole heap of rubbish and I'm changing makes, can you compensate me for having to change makes? I don't think so. :D |

Haha SMH - perhaps the engineers should keep a stock of them in the van...
