Gotta agree with the previous post, please keep your anti-virus up to date, (if possible tell it to update itself every 24 hours) keep a check on your firewall and periodically run anti-syware software such as

spyware blaster http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/sbdownload.html
spyware guard http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/sgdownload.html
