Yes!

Every number I had would just tell me that everyone had gone home and to call again on Monday morning.

None of the numbers I have for NTL are 24/7!

This is one aspect of NTL I really don't like, the CS opening hours, I'm aware that some employees have families, but surely there are some employees who would volunteer to do night shifts?
