Nord might be the best but it isn't either free like my privado (comes with my life time Tweaknews usenet access for 30 euro a year) or $2 a month like my windscribe haha both unblock EFL locks and give more than enough bandwidth to stream anything I want :-)

How does VPN work when blocking ? Is it one or both a blacklist and networking issue

Re: Android TV

IP ranges can get blocked by certain sites if too many requests are made from the same IP . That is the downfall with a lot of VPNs as you are sharing the same IP Address with multiple clients.

Pain in the butt. It's been faultless thus far :fit:

One of my providers gave his pia VPN login details but I dislike that app, random log outs. Dire speed. A lot of blocks.

I've only ever had this one occurrence with Nord playing up

It is not unusual for VPN IP ranges to be blocked by sites or applications. You may well find if you use search engines you will get many more captures using a vpn

Oh yeah I know that but Nord have been very good keeping the ips "clean", they must swap them out but this nuisance is extremely disappointing. Poor showing of Nord. :(

So some Nord servers are playing ball but the majority are blocking. It looks like a new URL protocol unblocks but some providers are refraining from implementing these changes because it may or may not require permanent VPN requirement.

I'm still ok using a couple of Scottish servers.
