Caught it very late and the first ep has already aired. Take a look at Devs, it is made by the dude who did Ex Machine and I loved that film.

It is going to be so sad when this finishes. I can't believe it has been 7 seasons already, but that is a good run, especially for such a good pure scifi series. Depending on how long the lockdown goes on for I am tempted to start watching it from the beginning again.

I've already done that! Got to agree though a good pure SciFi series. They don't come along this good that often.

I have just added two new series, albeit a bit late. Check out Into the Night from Netflix, looks very interesting evening though it is frenchified. I have also added L.A's Finest as a returning series. I missed it last year but it is a Bad Boys spin-ff tv series and it has got Jessica Alba in it :romance:

Indeed, CW have already taken this into account.

Other US networks have announced 'fall' schedules, but it remains to be seen how many are still delayed.

tbh it isn't a bad thing and I look at it as a blessing in disguise. I was saying in another thread yesterday that I have made a wish list of all the tv series and films I would like to watch while I am off but it is so long that there is no way I am going to have time to watch them all. If they essentially scrap the traditional fall tv schedule this year and everything starts back up after xmas it is going to give me more time to watch what I want to. I have got so many tv series and films I can honestly go the next 10 years without anything new to watch.

It looks like I am off for another 6 weeks so I have added them to my list. I am liking the look of the both of them, I just hope Warrior Nun isn't too cheesy. I started watching V (80s) again today. I watched it to death when I was younger but I think the last time I watched it was when I was 13 so it was literally 27 years ago :erm:

we are at polar opposites, it is terrible. The acting is hollow and the series is all fluff with no substance. In the first episode I thought "great, they are taking the time to do a proper origin story and add some depth to the character" but it just doesn't move on from there. The only thing this series is good for is an out of season tourism advert for the Spanish Tourist Board. I painfully persevered through seven episodes praying (pun intended) that it was going to go up and gear and get going but it doesn't and episode seven put the nail in the coffin for me.

Spoiler:
Why are they fretting over her being shot when they know she can heal and come back from the dead? Stuff like this does my head in, it is unrealistic drama for the sake of the story which is not in keeping with the rules they have already established and thus spoils the realism factor for the series when they contradict themselves.

Everything will probs be delayed that entered production before lockdown. Shame cause it is one I want to watch. I'd say probably about a four month delay.

Good news, up and till now it looked like the entire fall schedule of good series was being pushed back till after Christmas but it looks like we are going to have a few decent series to keep us going. After many many delays NeXt is finally premiering, we have got the date for the season finale for TWD and surprisingly premiere dates for FTWD and TWD: World Beyond. The original plan was to air the three series back to back so there would always be a Walking Dead series on at any point during the year however the decision has been made to run World Beyond and FTWD at the same time over the fall tv season which is great in my book. The revised dates are as follow:

Walking Dead (season finale): 4th October

TWD:World Beyond: 4th October

NeXt: Tuesday 6th October

Fear the Walking Dead: 11th October
