And today an email:

"From 1st January, Ofgem is making a small change to the energy price cap. While a typical household will pay about £3* more a year, the actual change to what you pay will depend on how much energy you use and how you pay - this could go up or down.

Please book a smart meter instal".

No thankyou.

But you must enjoy the calls. You've already beem advised how to avoid them , opt out and/or give them a duff phone no.

It's like banging your head against a wall and complaining it hurts, you are then advised to stop banging your head against the wall and it will not hurt anymore. however you carry on doing it and complain all the time it hurts when you bang your head against the wall. :D

...or ... just get one.

Got Free Electric with my (smart) meter in November.

I got 5 Hours (midday - 5pm) refunded for each Sunday. :)
Since Nov had 5 Sundays, that was 25 hours in total (already paid to me).

I will also get 8 hours free on Christmas day (8am - 4pm) so dinner will be cooked using free electricity. :D

I have done so, and the calls and emails just keep on arriving.
