Breivik back on murder island

MASSACRE maniac Anders Breivik returned to the scene of his atrocities today to reconstruct his gun rampage for cops.

Norwegians are a bit strange aren't they.

I don't understand the concept of allowing that to happen at all ... But then again, I suppose the mass killer holds a lot of answers to a lot of questions, but it remains a strange thing for the authorities to allow.

I was quite taken aback when i saw this on the news. Stange thing to do

Strange but understandable. Eyewitnesses are notoriously unreliable, if the shooter is lucid and cooperative taking him back to the island is probably the best way to get the fullest picture of what happened.

Still a bit of a shock to see it though.

That is awesome. A physical wound in the landscape. The island seemingly lost from the main land. The distant side will have the names of the victims while the other side will have a viewing platform to look at the names at a distance, unable to reach them. Perfect memorial to symbolise the loss and damage caused.

True colours being shown, how anyone could hold him up as anything other than a snivelling, wretched little wimp is beyond me.

Norwegian killer Breivik begins parole hearing with Nazi salute

… With a shaven head and dressed in a dark suit, Breivik made a white supremacist sign with his fingers before raising his right arm in a Nazi salute to signal his far-right ideology as he entered the court.

He also carried signs, printed in English, including one that said "Stop your genocide against our white nations" and "Nazi-Civil-War".
Bold move - obviously not reading the room…

Yep, obviously no intent of throwing his 'beliefs' under a bus with the hope of swaying judgement.
He believes in something enough to stick with it, much like some people still believe the earth is flat, alien UFO's share our air space, lizard people walk among us, and Watford will eventually win a cup.

Of course us 'ordinary' people know it's bordering on insanity, but there you go :D

Sounds like he's ready for release, he's clearly been rehabilitated:erm:

Actually that may be a good idea, let him have 3 months parole but with full disclosure of his latest photo and the address where he'll be residing.

Will 3 months be long enough?

Nutjob, should’ve been sentenced to death, death by firing squad.

Mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik gave a Nazi salute on Tuesday as he entered court for a parole hearing that will decide if he should be released after spending more than a decade behind bars.
I wonder what way it will go?

I’m not saying I can think of a better solution but that would only make him a martyr.

Maybe. they used a rule not often seen in norway. bit like a whole life sentence if he is deemed to be a danger. his defense team stated there there is no ruling for parole that he must show remorse in any form.

http://www.ilafengsel.no/preventive_detension.html

Quote:

Time-frame and minimum period

Even though the sentence is indefinite in length, a time-frame will have to be established. This time-frame cannot stretch over more than 21 years and should as a rule not be more than 15 years. The law demands a minimum period to be established which cannot be longer than 10 years. The court may extend the time-frame by up to five years at a time when the risk of serious re-offending is still considered to be present. This implies that preventive detention in principle may lead to a life-time in prison.
Pretty sure his actions at the hearing show there is a serious risk of re-offending…

Be better to let him be kicked to death, takes longer, more satisfying.

Pretty sure being dead is the main part of being a martyr.

It still gives him infamy.

You don’t want him to have any infamy to anyone. The best thing we can do is make sure his name is forgotten by as many people as possible
