As far as I am aware, Hitler rose to power on a wave of nationalism and prejudice against people of a certain religion, stoked up by an extreme right-wing party. Ring any bells?

Rammy, you appear to be a little confused - I posted this, with a link to the clip, less than two hours after your OP.

He hoped there would be 20 Muslim MPs, God willing, and that within 30 years there would be a Muslim PM, God willing - he never stated that the all the MPs would be Muslim, God willing or the entire government (which he never said) would be Muslim, God willing; I think you are interpreting this in your own special way.
His "game-plan", according your post #50, also includes

btw, you are very quick to point any slight discrepancies in posts that disagree with the information in the OP from the BNP site, but seem less keen to highlight the inaccuracies in the information in the OP from the BNP site, to wit -
a) Labour MP Predicts Total Islamification of Britain - which at no time in the 7 odd minutes of the speech was this called for.
b) The video speech in which Mr Malik made his remarks has now been released on the internet — nearly five months after the event. The suppression of the video was clearly designed to try and limit the damage to the ruling Tory and Labour elite - when in fact it was on the organisations website, and has been on YouTube for over three months, along with other videos from the conference.

Your attitude appears to be "no matter what the evidence, he is guilty" - pointless trying to have a reasoned discussion on this, imho.

I already stated that I believe the thread title to be an error on my part. Several pages back.....I really don't care when it was released. I care about what is being said in it by a MP in a western democracies govt.

But the evidence suggests that he is hankering after a muslim parliment and PM. What evidence do you have to the contrary? :confused:

He has a right as a citizen to hold those opinions and his status has little to do with his right to state that opinion provided he breaks no laws..However if the Labour party deems he has broken their rules that may be a different matter.

btw, the exact quote from his speech was, just to make sure there is no "misunderstandings" -

Normally, I wouldn't care about the religion of our prime minister but islam is a special case. Muslims seem incapable of seperating their religion from law/government/everyday life. This is apparent from many (?all) countries that are currently governed by muslims.

Hmmm......I have looked and looked at that vid. I think that I am probably overreacting to what he said. You lot have pretty much convinced me that it's not as bad/worrying/sinister as I have been thinking. :tu: :)
I still stand by my assertion that a MP in a western democracy shouldn't be calling for a muslim PM. As islam appears to 'be' atm, this would be incompatable with our way of life. It's bad enough mixing christianity into our govt decisions....

WHAT POINTS ???? all you have done is seen an edited bnp piece of rubbish and your making a big fuss about it what is there to address. If your asking me if i am bothered if in thirty years time there is a muslim pm the answer is no i am not as that pm like all others will have been democratically elected and will be removed the same way if they don't do things the country likes. You seem to want to ban muslims from any position of power how can i address stupidity on that level. Seriously if this is how you react to a blatant piece of editing your in for a very stressful life and i have no intention in joining you in that way i have far more other important things to worry about then rubbish like this your welcome to get as hot and bothered as you like.
