i heard virgin are testing out a 50mb connection
maybe its in your area thats why your getting these speeds

they are testing it but the user is just editing apicture to sya there getting it.

anyone on th test are sworn to secerecy

It is a contract that companies often make people who are testing their products sign, and is to ensure that people don't talk about the products and potentially give competitors sensitive info (things like the capabilities, problems etc).
