AFAIK that's for the HD channel only as they have more screen estate to use.

The only reason why is due to end of season for both Prem League so showing both Utd and Chelsea games and also showing the playoff.

Reason why SD/HD2 was not used is due to the Cricket - this is fully scheduled and Sky can not change the schedule last min.

I do not recall any prem league games which have KO same time on different SS channels this season apart this Sunday.

Its a one off and Sky will continue to show premium sport on SS 1&2 hence why they are classed as premium channels both by Sky,VM and Ofcom.

Remember Sky or VM customers who pay for the Sky Sport 1&2 package get 3&4 included at no extra cost.

Note this does not mean when we get SS HD1&2 we will automatically get 3&4 - the priority has to be getting 1&2, then 3&4 will follow down the line.

But my prediction is that VM will sign up to the full Sky Sport HD package same as they do with the SD SS Package.

Sky Sports has shown two games live on the final day of every season since 1992 with one being shown on Sky Sports 1 and the other being shown on Sky1 (before 1995) Sky Sports 2/3/4 (After 1995).

Non TV News - SPL Result: Motherwell 6 - 6 Hibernian.

That is the full time result I think that is the match of the season (In the UK).

But I was happy to see that match in SD and not HD.

It'll be the Spurs now that they've beaten City.

What...? Two cr*p teams with defenders that can`t defend.:td:

Colin Nish summed it up as he was disgusted with Hibs performance.:td:

put it this way, if sky hadn't have bailed you lot out in the early 90's the english game wouldn't be were its at, so don't mock and if your a celtic fan you can't mock how bad the defending was.

i didn't see the game last night (got it recorded) thought to myself, no freaking way.
