OK, lets talk numbers. Stargate has a fanbase stretching over 2 generations, certainly numbering over a million worldwide.

That 2nd generation who are possiblely now parents themselves may have aready started to intoduce their children to the stargate world. If not there's every chance they will if an in canon new series was released.

That would give a potential following of 3 generations to a new series.

However...... It didn't generate enough revenue. This has been the way TV worked in the USA for generations. Shows get dropped every season , even after just a few episodes. Just a fact , shows I think a great go, shows I hate stay.thats life:erm:

I dont watch everything I list in here, nor indeed have I heard of some of the shows I mention, information is provided for others who do/have.

Dutton Ranch has been renewed for Season 2.

Godfather of Harlem has been cancelled.
Season 4 is/was basically its final season, however, a 2 hour special finale is being produced.
(Production Weekly lists it as Season 5, but its unclear atm how it will finally be classified).
