I appreciate i will have to pay (£149 is it?) for instillation. As i have a V+ box which costs me £10 a month (it's a second box) how much a month is it just to have the new Tivo Box?

£149 For the box, £3 PER MONTH and £40 install.

The £10 per month will be dependent what pack you are one?

Cheers fella. I guess the best thing really is to phone up and ask what deal can be done. I have Virgin Media everything so you never know.

Hi Mobes. You are the same as me(apart from I got Tivo free) and you will pay £3 per month for Tivo but will gain £10 per month from sending back your second V+ box as I did.

Does that mean that you are a VIP50 customer? As if you are you will be able to keep the V+ as the second box for no extra charge:D

Love it when you put a cheeky wink at the end of things!
It means that something good is on the way ;)

Does that mean it is just going to say what you owe and nothing else:D:D:D

Hopefully they'll just bill us £x/m not £x - package discount, loyalty discount, R in the month discount, etc.

I still don't know what I'll be paying next month! The number on the new contract made no sense (as it didn't appear to include discounts, and I think they've changed anyway).

Yeah the bills are being looked at, as we know customers find them confusing at times.

Mine was installed today ! :D

Just a few things they need to resolve now.

1. 3rd tuner !!!!!!
2. Series links from the Web please !
3. "Upcoming" should allow you to filter by channel because sometimes you have shows that are repeated every day on multiple channels which makes it a sod to find the new stuff.

Third tuner coming in March as an update. I would love to know in the future when TiVo (Cisco box) will become the PVR box of choice for VM, 2 years?

Agree with all that, but I must also add the facility to transfer to DVD or VCR whilst watching another programme. That could be the real deal-breaker for me (or, more accurately, for my wife).
