has anyone got any idea why ch 435 sky action hd isnt available the rest of the hd channels are working fine the message on screen says code error 1010 can anyone help

1010 is a smartcard error... call faults on 151 and they will re-hit your card.

faults said they would put it through to a second line engineer i would hve to wait 24 hrs from it was first reported is this normal?

Had a nice surprise today. When i last called CS to find out if we could add hd movies without adding the sports package was firmly told we could not.
Today tried again and got it withour any argument at all and switched on within an hour.

Some Nick Channels goes 24/7.

Nick, Nick Replay (Nick +1 Hour Channel) and Nick Jr. are now broadcasting non-stop on Virgin Media Channels 712, 713 and 715.

According to the sky epg its only Nick JR that has gone 24/7 all the others continue as normal

They really need to train some of their CS staff. Giving out wrong information about something as basic as that is pretty poor IMHO.

scrap that phoned up and they sorted it, although slight concern when I phoned the was an automated message saying that I hadn't yet swapped my smartcard, I have done this already, should I be concerned, the nice lady at cs said it was a standard message for everyone, but it did sound like it was saying it personally to me.

But Sky Basic HD Channels are set to launch ''By end of August 2010''.

yes they tried to signal but faults said to wait 24 hrs if it wasnt resolved i would have to rng them to let thm know, cheers digital fanatic
