Other channels have been known to broadcast off the EPG for ages before being added though eg Hum Masala.

I've seen a report that Irish TV are in trouble (no link was provided).

FOX News is a subscription channel on SKY part of their basic package, even online you need a tv provider log in to watch (usa one you do anyway).

There is no HD version on Sky.

No hd version in uk as far as i know. USA has hd version you need a tv login for both sd and hd.
