Neil Berkett will reply sometimes to customers issues , I emailed with a billing issue sometime ago that three calls to CS hadn't rectified , he replied to me on Sunday night at 7.30pm saying he'd get his office onto it Monday morning , pretty damn impressive from a CEO.

I've had (albeit a VERY brief) email from Neil Berkett too and you can call me naive as much as you like but I believe it was from him.

They are a top office , I agree with Royal Tiger they should be left to their jobs I only emailed due to a constant billing issue which wasn't sorted despite numerous calls and emails to CS.

Yeah, it should be a last resort to email them. They are busy and any general enquiries would be better via Twitter, if someone really wants to ask a general question :)

Media Boy do not use the CEO for any information - I do not even know his email and I do not want it.
