Yes but nothing is perfect. Even Cisco 6500's need the occasional reboot because of a firmware problem

So you've had plenty more problems that weren't cured by a simple reboot?

Wondered why my Games were sluggish then.... i checked the graph and...

4pm fail!! GG traffic managing fail as usual.

WTF has happened to VM in 2012... they are just turning to rat ****... its complete rubbish.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)

its as I predicted, VM simply flicking switches to upgrade people as after all thats pretty much free, just a config has to be made for modem, then they only upgrade if congestion gets too serious (and I suspect also if complaints high enough).

Cheaper than doing it the proper way, doubling capacity everywhere and then only after that upgrading customers.

Whilst it does seem some areas are getting upgrades prior to the switch, I be surprised if its anywhere near doubling of capacity.

Apparently I have been hand picked to participate in future VM trials and have a reserved spot. Probably will never happen but if it does, please please let me be on the trial for a working VM connection! It will be a very rare trial to be a part of!

I've now just done a hard reset and it looks as though its settled. My upstream channel changed from 5 to 4.
