Wondered why my Games were sluggish then.... i checked the graph and... 4pm fail!! GG traffic managing fail as usual. WTF has happened to VM in 2012... they are just turning to rat ****... its complete rubbish. |

its as I predicted, VM simply flicking switches to upgrade people as after all thats pretty much free, just a config has to be made for modem, then they only upgrade if congestion gets too serious (and I suspect also if complaints high enough).
Cheaper than doing it the proper way, doubling capacity everywhere and then only after that upgrading customers. Whilst it does seem some areas are getting upgrades prior to the switch, I be surprised if its anywhere near doubling of capacity. |

bit of a fail but nothing a hard reset hasn't sorted out I think. minimum latency\ become unstable since the 18th of this month (18/11/2012).
