It's always snowing somewhere.

Some places just have more snowflakes than others.

My sister in law stays in a country that's snowy most of the year.

Don't think I could cope with it cold all the time.

Had a sprinkling last night near Cambridge on the way home from work, nothing during the night luckily..... horrible stuff when you need to go outside in it!
