Re: Doctor Who
I for one going to give her a chance

Re: Doctor Who
What a swerve....

Re: Doctor Who
Nothing against her, just don't like the idea. Rather just skip a regeneration than whinge about it endlessly. I'm hoping this doesn't have a catastrophic decline now though and effectively end the show. Probably far fetched.
Remember when they thought Chris Evans was best for business regarding Top Gear. |
Re: Doctor Who
End of program for me :(

I've seen Broadchurch nor heard of her, but I'll giver her ago.
I thought Catherine Tate would be awful but was proved wrong. Sorry ladies for this comment PMT v the Daleks god help them https://www.cableforum.co.uk/images/...2017/07/11.png |
Re: Doctor Who
I'll watch it and see how she does. I don't think it's a big deal really. Doctor Who is ultimately a silly fun show and the gender of the Doctor is not a key part of the show. I can't really see what dynamic would change apart from there being some stories they could do with a female lead. She might be rubbish but then so might have Kris Marshall.

Re: Doctor Who
Oh I don’t know, they’ve had every Doctor Who spot-on so far. I was VERY dubious about PC when they announced him, I thought he turned out great.

Re: Doctor Who
A crazy idea, but why not watch it to see if she is any good/bad?
|
Re: Doctor Who
Looking the reaction online most of the anger seems to be that she doesn't have ginger hair...:D

Re: Doctor Who
I'm dubious myself..Equality for the sake of it? That's not how I see equality working but then I don't watch it anymore..
