I think that "we", is all the virgins :D

I actually know what they mean. But they are assuming that all forum members are VM customers.

If they are Virgin customers then they are not Sky customers. It's Virgin who buy the services off Sky. It is then Virgin who have the contract with their customers, and not Sky.

how are you meant to see this SkyAnytime content? - I'm in on demand>all channels + there is no Sky stuff there. Not really had time to look too deeply yet though.

got sky movies on sky player lol but it taken the mic with sky 1 im going 2 give it untill 1 and then im going2 phone them

Resetting the box will make no difference. You need to wait for the servers in your local headend to receive the content.

The content needs copying to the servers in every region. It takes time, and doesn't reach every region at the same time.
