The west of Scotland begs to differ :disturbd: we went for a walk this morning and missus is still picking grains of sand out of her hair. I had to wash salt spray off my glasses when we came in.

I’m down at the coast on my favourite island this week; we came down last night because we knew the ferry would be at risk of cancellation today. The ferry has indeed not run at all today, which means the island’s only bus route (connecting the town to the ferry slipway) has also not been operating. There are no day-trippers here at all, and the place is deserted.

Glasgow is still very windy but not rained in a while and the sun is shining from time to time and its still warm at around 17°C.

All together a very confusing day. Walking to tesco there was hard, getting blown about.

A nice Bank Holiday in Scotland then? Never mind you can all go back to work tomorrow when the weather's better. ;)

Horrid today. I tried to avoid it. :( bitterly cold breeze in the morning then rain late afternoon evening. Thankfully I'm now indoors in 22c heat :D

Nasty day here but luckily it's a weekend so at home most of the day! 21c inside my house and I'm still in a t-shirt so I'm so happy with my heating especially as I still turn it off all night, so it gets down to 15c by the morning.

I'm still not brave enough to wear a man bikini inside like you do. :D

It's bitterly cold. I didn't realise today even though I went out in the morning in a hoody. Partly my fault wearing a smock. Still very cold :(

According to Google weather it felt like -10 last night but was really -6 :shocked:

-5c last night at 10pm when I left work, the car windscreen was frozen on the inside!

-3C this morning and that's chilly for the coast. White frost everywhere.

Basically 1-2°C for past few days with ground frost and overnights as low as -5°C.

This morning its 1°C currently and expected high of 5°C with a bit of rain all day.
