Having not pre-registered, am I in for the £150 connection or install (whatever it was marked as) fee? Really can't see myself paying £3 (only VIP 20) plus that which is a shame.

I currently have BB 30mb, Phone and TV (the free one) as part of the package. WHen i spoke to retentions about coming back to 50mb and XL TV for everything BB & TV they said do it on the day you order Tivo and they can work it out for me rather than me upgrading to 50mb now. I will also be keeping the other box in the other room when I come back from sky for my main lounge tv service. To qualify for the free install and the £3 a month off deal do I need to be already on the 50mb service with XL TV or can I do it on the day? Thanks. |
