At the end of the day some people are paying and receiving up to 10Mb and others are paying the same and getting up to 4Mb. There is no reason why everyone couldn't be upgraded at the same time to ensure everyone gets the same service for the £'s they pay |

I hit the traffic shaping limit for the first time today. I can confirm that the connection is restricted to 2.5Mbps, so it has been increased.

Upgraded in Swindon and a modem reboot was required. Did speed test and got 4Mb, rebooted, then did another and got 10Mb. |
Re: Virgin 4Mb to upgrade to 10Mb February - Summer

I certainly seem to have been upgraded now , but at best I'm getting 5.5Mbps or so.That is both with a router in circuit and with a pc connected direct to the modem. |
