2 teenage girls, 2-up on an electric scooter, cane off a few yards up the road. An ambulance has arrived and the screaming has died down.

I saw them fly past seconds before the accident. They were wearing bikinis and silky "sarong" type skirts, so I expect they have a bit of road rash.

Tennis just finished 5 set match. Andy was brilliant Credit to Oscar too , Andy won again .

He is back to his old self before he was amazing with all the shouting and berating. I am looking forward to tomorrows match but I will be amazed if he gets through and if he does it will speak volumes to his calibre and where his ranking should be. He has definitely got the skill and accuracy he has always had, the one thing which is lacking at the moment is movement speed around the court; he just isnt as fast as he used to be.

Just finished watching Series 2 of Are u being served. I forgot how good this and the follow up series Grace and Favour really were.

Working from home and choosing own hours for the moment is great, I will surely be lost when i have to go back to set hours at the office so to speak.

Jeffrey Combs as a megalomaniacal computer was brilliant this week (he’s played various recurring characters over the years). I love the way they’re continually upending the Trek universe’s favourite tropes (like a society ruled by a machine, or a shuttle crash on an inhospitable world) but it’s always lovingly done and never intended to tear it down.

If you havent started it yet i would watch the last ep of season 2 first as a refresher. I started the first ep of season 3 and it completely threw me so i had to go back and remind myself where people were and what had happened.

Just finished watching The Clone Wars. An absolutely superb series true to Star Wars and the last two seasons were fantastic. It really resonates with the feel of the universe as we know it with deep emotions. You become so engrossed in it that you forget it is animated and you just think you are watching part of the larger story. It puts The Mandalorian to shame.

Don't forget to watch The Bad Batch after it. I wouldn't say it puts The Mandalorian to shame though.... Worth watching Star Wars Rebels too if you haven't seen it before.

House #2 foul drain blocked, Rodded and jetted. Jet nozzle jammed in pipe, deep hole dug to free it and replace a collapsed pipe.
House #3 foul drain blocked, Rodded and jetted.

Have you tried binging on shows like Cobra Kai, Expanse, His Dark Materials etc? No need to watch broadcast TV if you don't want to.

Agreed. I’m currently watching Mr Mercedes, which is available on StarzPlay.

It was also shown on Virgin Ultra HD, but if you didn’t watch it live or record it, you’ve missed the boat unless you stream it.

I am looking forward to watching it but I am not going to get around to it for another couple of weeks. I am watching the final season of The Expanse today, the Australian Open starts tomorrow which is going to keep me busy for two weeks and then I am going to watch Lost in Space, Cobra Kai and Dexter in that order.

So much classic TV of that era just isn’t as spectacular as it seemed when we were kids. Like when you watch Knight Rider and see that when KITT is supposedly driving himself you can actually see the bloke dressed as a driver’s seat behind the wheel.

Are you kidding? The first two weeks were absolute vintage. It got a bit routine for the next couple of weeks but last Thursday it was on sparkling form again.

When they all started talking about “Artic Saviour” for their game title I was hoping and hoping they’d go all the way and spell it wrong as well. I wasn’t disappointed. :D
