Me would think that bt sports then Netflix have put a spanner in the works were sky channels are concerned :(

CS probably won't need any training, at a guess it will be the same as the iPhone/iPad app

I was told that originally but been told different today and nialli's is reporting the same on his blog

Only going by what I've heard.

Yes the functionality of the app will the the same, but there still needs to be information provided to the CS staff when dealing with customers who have an issue connecting their Android devices, remember it is a different OS and different screens that the CS rep needs to navigate to assist the customers.
