Ben, you say you have to phone up to activate the premium HD on the 2nd box. If you already have it will the Â£7 automatically stripped off the bill or will I have to call up for this too?

Anyone with the Â£7 on the extra STBs will have it removed automatically

To me that reads as two ways, either as Matthewuk thinks or as Premier Sports could be making big content announcements and are seperately they are tweeting to Virgin Media 'You know you want us'

Channel 890 update.

Since Saturday I have seen that channel 890 is not copying Channel 100.

And is now replaying an ad for an movie called ''Paul''.

any ideas on what this could be MB? Paul is a great film, might have to watch it again at weekend me thinks :)

My insider told me last week that Channel 890 is just an ''new frequency test''.

Reason for the lack of channels is because some channels are restricted to Sky only due to Sky carriage contract terms other reasons are because Virgin Media don't feel that there is a big demand for them.

ITV HD and Sky Atlantic are still in negotiated with Virgin Media.
