i see starmer has valiantly put himself before the country , by deciding to become a Klingon and drag the party and the country through hell by insisting he wont go

The person you are using in your "appeal to authority" fallacy is described in Wikipedia as "overweight, balding, immature, unintelligent, outspoken, aggressive, lazy, ignorant, unprofessional".

I can see why you chose him…

The good thing is, Papa won't be clogging up a doctors waiting room hoping to get 6 months on sick with mental health issues because of it ;)

Whatever way you look at it, the King's Speech tomorrow looks meaningless as things will change.

Proof I don't understand politics:

Most of what Starmer did was probably with guidance and approval from the very same people now trying to pull the rug from under his feet. If I'm wrong on this, why isn't the Government just a one man band?

Starmer has 'full confidence' in Streeting, No 10 says - amid talk of leadership challenge

That's very good of Starmer but do Streeting and the electorate have confidence in Starmer? ;)

"Full confidence" = "Be gone".

A whole new political system based on the welfare of the people and not the self. A pipe dream I know but I would rather fantasise about an ideal than be aware of the shit show going on around us which will just get worse with a few moments of getting better before going back to getting worse again until we die.

It does not matter who gets voted in because it is all just a pointless waste of time.
As you can see I am on a bit of a downer at present but this is how I feel when relatively happy too anyway

Yes - but after she's purged some of the losers on her front bench, particularly Patel, Atkins & Cleverley.
