Law Abiding Citizen.

A strange one, starts off like a great film, really got going then wtf, the ending was terrible. Was totally entertained then ended up a total waste.

4/10 overall, if the ending was different could have been a good 9/10.

I have to totally agree. Started off brilliantly, and kept going till the 6am deadline passes. Then I felt it was just rushed through to the end. I too was like , wtf is happening. How can you tie up every single loose end just like that? 5/10 for me.

Twilight (the first one) - 9/10

I have seen it before but just read the book so wanted to compare.. In fact although I enjoyed it the first time I actually enjoyed it more after the book. Now to start on the New moon book :)

the missus bought me the Rambo boxset for my birthday a while ago, I haven't seen 4, saw 1-3 when I was a kid, but not since.

First Blood - 8/10 I had forgotten this one was serious "sensible" movie, really enjoyed it.

Rambo: First Blood Part 2 - 8/10 for different reasons to the above. Less character development, but a good example of how to write a good "dumb" action film, really enjoyed it.

will wacth 3 and 4 over next week or so hopefully :)

Inglorious ******** - 7/10 but it would have had more had it not followed the same pattern of all Tarantino's films. It also lost a point for Brad Pitt's silly accent and hammy acting.

Up!-3D

Not a bad movie, the kids loved it and enjoyed the 3D experience. Personally, I didn't rate the extra cost to be honest, the additional expense wasn't justified. The story line was pleasant and easy to follow and didn't tax the mind too much. There was plenty of humour to keep the gown-ups amused, as well as many more for the children. I'd give it 8/10.

I enjoyed this when it was on the cinema and I believe that the accent and acting by Brad Pitt was deliberately hammed up to fit in with the OTT storyline and Tarantino's take on how the war could have ended.:)

The whole movie was very much a tongue in cheek romp and could be awarded anything between 6 and 9 depending on the person watching.;)

Avatar in 3D 9/10

Simply amazing and a wonderful piece of cinematography. Cameron's hard work and years of work in this project really paid off.

I'd say in 2D I'd give the film 7/10 but the 3D adds a couple of marks as it really immerses you in the world that has been created.

Best 3D movie I have seen.

I have a question about 3D, do you need decent eye sight in both eyes? I mean, more or less everything in my left eye is blurry. When C4 had that 3D week it just didn't seem right to me. Nothing popped out. It was more or less like watching without using 3D glasses. Was just wondering because I wanna see it in 3D.

Avatar - At least a 9.

It was my first 3D movie and the glasses fitted over my specs ok - It was a bit strange at first but I got the focus in the end. Certainly a good 3D effect
