I eat very low carb as well TP and do miss the jam but using Livlife bread and lovely rich Cornish butter makes up for it. So ... having just caught on this thread ... I'm off to make myself some hot buttered toast. :D

One slice of toast as the overindulgence at Christmas :naughty::naughty: is now being replaced by a famine of sorts as there will be no cakes , biscuits or chocolate for a couple of months :bigcry::bigcry:

For several years I have plagued the Big 3 UK supermarkets on their selling Habaneros X (probably) as Scotch Bonnets. Someone listened at last... look what I found in Tesco!

Bubble and squeak with sausage rolls. Bloody gorgeous it was, especially as I let the squeak go really crisp (ie burnt).
