I eat very low carb as well TP and do miss the jam but using Livlife bread and lovely rich Cornish butter makes up for it. So ... having just caught on this thread ... I'm off to make myself some hot buttered toast. :D

For several years I have plagued the Big 3 UK supermarkets on their selling Habaneros X (probably) as Scotch Bonnets. Someone listened at last... look what I found in Tesco!

Oddly enough I have not had that since having my piles sorted several years ago. :shocked:

The Scotch Bonnets are quite mild compared to the Trinidad Scropions I have been enjoying lately. I have to wait a bit longer for Trinidad Moruga Scorpions though, and for the fire insurance. ;)

Bubble and squeak with sausage rolls. Bloody gorgeous it was, especially as I let the squeak go really crisp (ie burnt).
