For 60 odd minutes your tatics consisted of booting the ball as far up field as possible.

Nope the ref didn't help Arsenal at all, he didn't disallow a valid goal by not paying advantage, and he didn't give Arsenal a free kick for an outrageous dive.

whatever man. I must have seen another game. The ref did not help arsenal at all really.

Also we had a lot of chances and should have finished the game in the first 45. :(

the goal could have stood but keeper stayed on. I would have gone for that.

Not that it matters, we lost anyway.

Yep you lost. Maybe instead of blaming the ref Henry should look at the two one on ones he missed. But hey it wouldn't be Arsenal if there wasn't someone else to blame.

How many football teams do always take 100% responiblity. I have heard Man United and Liverpool do the same. Both who I would suppot in Champions league final (or did in the case of liverpool)

I did mention the ref was crap but also we should have took our chances.

I accept we lost, and we missed chances. Just stop using the comments of upset team members who have lost a champions league final to bash arsenal again.

Its not bashing, its a fact that Arsenal do not accept defeat gracefully. Sure other teams don't like losing but at least they can loose gracefully (not always of course). If you can give me an example of Arsenal losing gracefully and not blaming someone else then I will stand corrected.

Certainly not Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea or a few others that spring to mind - it's always someone elses fault (usually the ref !).

No. Your just taking the words up upset players moment after losing one of the biggest games of their careers to bash arsenal again. Any many people act relationally in such a stituation

I can think of two occasions of the top of my head for Fergie.

Champions league against Porto where a valid goal was disallowed knocking Utd out Fergie didn't blame the linesman, I believe his quote was "its shocking but thats football."

Carling Cup semi final against Chelsea, despite arguments with Jose during both legs and Jose saying Utd were diving etc, fergie invited him into his office after the second leg to share a bottle of wine.

If thats not losing gracefully I don't know what is.

I had forgotton the Leeds one, thats when their wonderful supporters :rolleyes: trashed the stadium, I suppose it makes a change from their team wrecking the dressing rooms, I do hope that Watford sort them out next week.
