As qas surmised, it appears that it was a nationwide issue.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)

For me it was a spike followed by a period of packet loss until after 8am, which is happening more frequent recently. :(

(Ignore spikes before midnight, that was JDAST running a test every half hour)

confirmed same 2 red lines here, so seems a VM wide issue whatever it was.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)

My TBB graph above is still vastly different from usual. Apart from 2 brief returns to normal my maximum latency is way above what I usually get.

What does this indicate?

That looks like a VMNG300 graph. They've probably changed some scheduling settings. Deliberately or otherwise. How's your actual service?

Service is fine. Though we haven't tried games this evening.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)

today I did a few speedtests 5.45pm (the last one before 6pm) I get 27mbit then 6.02pm after noticing tesco almost stop working again 2.16mbit. Still around 2mbit/sec right now. I suspect midnight is the click point it will go back to normal.

--edit--

after mark's intervention I got a reply from VM now, utilisation issue confirmed with a 3 month fix date, they wasnt specific on US/DS.
