I don't understand what the fuss is about the whole long ball thing. Playing a few long balls for the last 10 minutes of a game away from home that you're losing when you have players like Fellaini in the team, is it that surprising? Also, it worked so whats the problem? The team are playing badly at the moment, changing their tactics to scrape results doesn't bother me.

Quite. To be criticised for it by BFS is a bit rich as well.

Hardly a meltdown, he handed out a four page presentation complete with charts and diagrams, the man could well be in need of help

Yes that's what they said 15 years ago and ever since then it has continued unabated.

Is fifteen years forever? They probably used to say the same about gladiatorial games and where are they now!

Not surprising, he's been given more time than most to turn it around and he hasn't.

Said it about Leicester on Sunday when it was falsely claimed he'd been sacked, but February is far too late to change a manager. With only 13/14 games left to clinch survival it will be a tall order for someone to come in this late and take them to safety.

Personally speaking, surprised Villa haven't been relegated before now.
