Could look at this view all day.

2nd picture view from my eldest son's bedroom window and I could not help notice that the Golf Club has cleared the car park, so far I have not seen anyone brave enough to have a round of golf.

Re: Snow !

We got a proper snowfall this morning, made it fun on the roads.

Its turned to rain now, which is slowly washing the snow back off the roads.

Well I can only say it's raining here..If there was a thread titled Rain I'd have plenty to add to the discussion. ;)

Got a load of snow in Glasgow this afternoon.

Enough that we all got sent home from work.

Why when I upload from my phone to the photos always appear upside down?

Paul 21-01-2018 15:52

Re: Snow !

Ive turned the upside-down one the right way up.
Cant really do anything with the other one as it was taken sideways.

Stephen 21-01-2018 16:11

Re: Snow !

It wasn't sideways whenn I took it. Portrait mode.

When you click to enlarge the image it appears the right way.

Paul 22-01-2018 04:25

Re: Snow !

Portrait mode is sideways as far as photo images are concerned :)
Landscape mode is the normal orientation, and they way they will be shown.

Clicking on them [again] opens them a new window, and I think the browser then flips them.

Quote from The Sun:

Shoppers have reportedly cleared some supermarkets shelves of bread and milk, while others have reported queues of over an hour, as desperate Brits panic-buy the basics.

Customers at a Tesco Extra branch in Gillingham, Kent, reported seeing chaotic scenes as people barged past each other to stock up.

Similar scenes have been reported in Asda in Sittingbourne, where supplies of milk and bread have been snapped up by the public.
FFS a few flakes and they're out panic buying.
