I assume its because the owners of the channel want different deals for TV, PCs and mobile devices

Most channel owners are guilty of having different deals depending on where their channel will be viewed frustrating the hell out of their viewers

You'd like to think they would sort out the rights for MRS at the same time as TVA but this is Virginmedia we are talking about!

British Sky Broadcasting:
-Pick TV +1
-Sky1 +1
-Sky Atlantic
-Sky Atlantic +1
-Sky News HD
-Sky Sports F1 HD
-Sky Sports News HD

MTV Networks Europe:
-MTV CLASSIC
-MTV HD
-MTV LIVE
-MTV MUSIC
-MTV +1

Nickelodeon UK (MTV Networks Europe/British Sky Broadcasting):
-Nickelodeon HD
-Nick Jr. +1

Paramount UK Partnership (Paramount British Pictures/British Sky Broadcasting):
-Comedy Central Extra +1

Sounds good, MB! But I spoke to a Sky worker the other week and they are two years into a five-year exclusive deal with HBO and they said Sky Atlantic will never launch on a competitor's EPG. How selfish is that?!. Sounds like Sky's USP! But Virgin don't have one, but hey-ho! Let's enjoy the rest of the Sky channels that they hopefully offer us such as Pick TV +1, Sky1 +1 AND TWO NEW HD CHANNELS!!! Yay!

Be great if we get all of these channels but I doubt if Sky Atlantic & Sky Sports F1 HD will be on VM for a long time yet...

I did forgot to remove Sky Atlantic, Sky Atlantic +1 and Sky Sports F1 HD before posting.

@Denphone

We are unlikely to see Sky Atlantic on Virgin Media until Sky tell the rights to Sky Atlantic to other Networks (BT Vision, UPC Ireland and others.)

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 1.

The last deal Virgin Media signed with Viacom was in August 2010 when MTV Classic, MTV +1 and MTV Shows was removed on Virgin to make room for Comedy Central HD to launch.
