Limescale And Detergent Remover sachets for the washing machine.

I got a set of those a week or two ago. I used a Dettol one before but tried a cheap on from Home Bargains this time.

My washing machine has an Auto-Clean function and it's quite fun to see how much fizz comes up when it cleans itself. The cheap one done the job just as well and per use came out at 4x cheaper.

A book for the wee one (Agent 21) by Chris Ryan. He really does have to start reading again. I have now noticed that since he got his Xbox one at Christmas I don't think he has picked a book up :( so as his parent I will be making sure he starts reading again.

A Feldgrind in black aluminium. Got it since I'm roasting coffee beans at home now and I needed a better grinder than my 25 y.o. siemens electric which has done sterling service but I feel doesn't produce top notch results.
If anyone is interested, I'm using an Aeropress to make the coffee with. :)

Cheap vinegar works well in the washing machine as a descaler, disinfectant and fungicide and no, your machine won't stink of it afterwards.

Quad DECT phones from Argos, half price, no stock left in the city, so I prepaid the last pack 8 miles away. Still a great saving, and an excuse for a drive that will cost less than their delivery charge.

4 tickets to a pop-up restaurant in Leeds (Noise of Strangers), which has three nights in May at a yet-undisclosed location in the city centre, with the food provided by Masterchef winner Steven Edwards and Josh Stanzl and their team from Etch Food.
