Cable Forum - Snow !

Snowing in Stevenage, which I guess is ideal weather for me, given my latest nickname at work. Sucks because unless it eases up a little in the next couple of hours I will have to cancel my plans for visiting family.

Snow in Winnersh but has stopped now and turning into slush.

Snow in Abingdon so of course there are no buses running in Oxford and Abingdon and none to London.

Lots of snow at home.... bit of a covering in Addenbrooks too but at least I get to see it all from the warm.

No snow down here as all we have down here now is a bit of wind and a nice bit of wintery sunshine yet one of our family members has had plenty of snow up in the black country.

Loads here all the traffic maps have the major routes in red.

Bloody weather. Didn't get to go to my mum's today, went out for some shopping and spent the entire time trying not to fall on my backside. Hopefully, we get some hard rainfall overnight which will clear most of the snow or I will be unable to get to work. Buses don't come down my end of Stevenage in snowy and icy conditions, and as I can hardly walk 2 steps without sliding then I may be forced to pull out.

Was raining earlier but is now turning to snow, temperature +1.4C but falling.

I shall have to fnish putting fleece on my banana palms. Stems are done, just the crowns to finish now the fronds have got scorched by the cold.

It started snowing here early yesterday, and it was cold enough for it to settle.

We ended up with about 1/2 inch by lunchtime. Its still here, allthough we have claer skies and sun today.
