The FIA are terrible, I don't think Lewis deserved a 5 second penalty after looking at the replay, I think it's bollox.

I'm guessing the 2 yellow flags affected things, Russell and Max? I've lost track.

For some on hot laps but no, it didn't effect everyone. Hamilton and Charles both down on sectors. I thought they were just warming up to a mega lap. Sad :(
