It means they have not got rid of yet as they still have a good deal.

Yup, i'd be off like a shot if this stopped (or the V6 was retired). I would never pay full prices for Virgin with the way they treat their customers.

But you're happy to give them money for the way they treat their customers. Way to stick it to the big men.

You've been complaining about them for years, but never stop giving them money.

I’ll advise Virgin Media it is a good business decision to advance the removal of all TiVo equipment.

Word of warning to anyone attempting to add the Sky Sports Ultra HD channels. It took me almost two hours to get activated. I had to make three calls to the call centre this morning and at the third attempt I spoke to someone who was able to do the necessary and add them to my account.

The first two people I spoke to didn’t have a clue and assured me that they didn’t offer Sky Sports in Ultra HD. A very frustrating last couple of hours trying to upgrade my channels but I got there in the end!

It really is pathetic.

Give them a call then. If you're lucky they might answer you. If you're very lucky you might get to speak to someone who speaks more than pidgin English.

Police Interceptors indeed. You gave a lot of people such a laugh the other day when you came out with that.

"Pidgin English"…

If you’re going make derogatory comments about other people’s command of the English Language, try to use it correctly yourself… ;)

Bloody auto correct strikes again. Luckily my facilitator spotted it, she used to be an English teacher.

What's that got to do with anything? I'm not even sure why it would make people laugh on a serious matter, that's pretty sick.

Virgin quoted us £105 for full TV and standard BB. Sky quoted us £73 for Ultimate TV with Sky Sports + Cinema, Netflix, Paramount+ and 6 months free Apple TV. We left VM after being a customer since 1995. Sadly, VM don’t treat loyalty well.

The penny might drop as their very last customer calls to cancel :D
