You can't educate people who refuse to be educated. You can't donate common sense to people who have none and force them to use it. Such people exist largely in a world of their own and don't seek or take advice on anything very much. There is health, safety and all sorts of other advice everywhere, freely available to us all yet these people are oblivious to it.
