imho, management is about appropriate direction, delegation, and oversight (without abrogation of responsibility), leadership is about knowing where you want to go, and taking others along with you - if I had got someone else to write it, I would have been not taking responsibility for my own learning. :)

Found out its number and have connected it to the lappy and downloaded some tunes so far. Seems pretty intuative to use and the touch display is nice. Plenty of bells and whistles. :)

However I have spent the time since I bought it on 14 th May, trying to find out how to download my photos or music from/to PC/phone with no joy. Lol punky you are probably right about asking a kid to sort it, never thought of that one! One of the 'phone' shops tried to sell me more memory , and a memory stick, the two costing more than the phone. I had already bought a usb cable for it, but my PC doesn't recognise it. :(:(:(
