Have you got the Home Mini setup yet and how is it?

Another question does your IHD display the wrong Tariff information as mine does? Luckily my Octopus app and last bill appears to show the correct Tariff pricing.

Booked my install for 21st June. No doubt will be asking here what tariff I should be using too once they’re installed

I received it today and will set it up tomorrow. Due to being on Tracker my old IHD shows the wrong tariff

I figured it was the Tracker being the issue.

Yes.

That was enough for me, I've set in motion a move to Octopus.

I asked them about E7 and they can switch me to the flat rate (none E7) on my meter once its switched, they just dont have that option on the sign up process.

Once moved, I'll look at getting them to install a new meter instead, then I should be able to think about moving to the tracker tariff.

My mini is all setup and working. I do like the live view. Screen shot taken whilst charging my car this morning.

Hope I get mine soon then I'll replace the IHD with it.

I'm with Utilita for gas and electric - never had any trouble. It's a lot less hassle than taking a meter reading.

What are the tariff costs for them? I'm not moving from my Octopus Tracker but id like to compare.

I haven't the faintest idea. TBH, I've been with so many providers I've given up caring. I stick with them because they're reliable.
