Just finished roast chicken with loads of green veg, drenched in garlic butter. Gotta love a low carb diet.....

Been there, done that. Didn't take any food or drink for a couple of days, just felt so awful.

Anything fatty. Had a bad day with a mix up with shift times so not very happy tonight.
