Yes, it is amazing how quickly you can access Netflix when using other devices.

However, to be fair, once you are in, the speed seems to be the same with the Tivo.

Dont know about that, we hardly ever used Netflix on TiVo it was just sooo slow. Got a new Hisense 58" tV and Netflix is blazing fast, its seamless. Really making me think long and hard about other Sky subscriptions.....

Now if Netflix provided access to Sky Sports....

Or Sports started leaving sky

BT and Talk Talk have broken Sky's stranglehold on Game of Thrones!

Now, why couldn't Virgin have done that? Grrr!

No once you leave BT you have a limited time to download your purchase, it is yours to keep.

If you leave BT TV you'll no longer be able to watch your films on your BT box. You'll still be able to watch your content after you've left BT TV, providing you've downloaded a copy to one of your devices via the app or web player before you end your TV service.

You'll need to re-enter your BT ID details every 30 days to access your purchases, which will require you to be connected to the internet.

Why are people surprised? People on the grandfathered price knew this was coming. They would have received an email 2 years ado informing them.

Sensationalised reporting in my view.

It seems to be correct. I knew the price rise was coming, in fact, it tells you as such if you click "My Account" on the Netflix site. However, expecting people to actually look at that, or e-mails advising of price rises is too much for some people! :p

Not really a price rise, those who joined Netflix before first price rise had their prices frozen for 2 years, this 2 year period is now coming to a end so they will now pay same price as everyone else does.
